Delivering the training your team needs
Training Wagon is the brand that I use to provide training and support for schools and collaborative groups. Working with some of my most experienced friends and colleagues across the UK, we provide consultancy, training and advice.
We cover financial health and efficiency, staff deployment and performance management, effective governance and evaluating the impact of your expenditure and many other topics. We are branching out to include curriculum support.
My team of associates can deliver anything from 30 minute bite-size sessions for a handful of staff right up to full training days and INSET for over 100 delegates.
We have worked with / presented to approximately 3,500 school leaders in the last three years. These are just some of the organisations we have worked with:

- Individuals and individual schools
Our team really enjoys sharing our knowledge and mentoring others. We have helped a number of new entrants to the school business management profession find their feet and learn their craft.
We have provided ad hoc support for a variety of schools ranging from one off (pro bono telephone support) to longer term, planned support.
My team of associates includes school leaders, business managers, subject leaders and examiners all currently working in the UK education system. Our training sessions are up to date, full of practical hints and tips and are firmly based on our experience of working in real school settings.
